About The Position

Conduct deep analysis to support development and implementation of pricing and portfolio strategy and tactics across Hershey’s global owned retail footprint.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and insight methodologies.
  • Ability to develop and implement pricing and promotion strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or portfolio assortment planning.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive analysis and performance assessment to support the development strategies to optimize revenue and profitability, creating price and profitability models defining elasticities across multiple business categories (e.g. soft goods, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, attractions)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of everyday pricing tactics and price promotions to develop data-driven adjustment recommendations
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare reporting on revenue and profitability performance, identifying trends
  • Integrate empirical and qualitative insight data to support business case development
