This position is to join the Enterprise Services team and will serve as a subject matter expert for executive payroll, focusing on qualified and non-qualified savings plans, equity plans, and benefit plans. The role involves collaborating with RTX Executive Compensation and Benefits teams to research, resolve, and implement solutions for complex payroll issues, providing expertise on strategic payroll initiatives, and leading or contributing to key projects. It also requires performing comprehensive payroll analysis and reconciliation for all executive payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and responding promptly and accurately to audit requests, escalated issues, aged items, and reconciliation-related accounting tasks. Effective communication with executive-level leadership on payroll-related matters, providing insights and solutions, and translating RTX executive compensation policies into actionable payroll requirements to support technology and process improvement initiatives are also key aspects. The role demands applying advanced problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills to resolve issues and optimize payroll processes.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of end-to-end payroll and benefits experience, ideally within a large corporation or outsourced/BPO environment, with hands-on expertise in payroll benefits management.
  • At two years of experience in a customer service-focused role, preferably related to payroll, customer care, or benefits.
  • Advanced analytical and systems analysis skills, with experience using high-tech pay modeling tools and databases.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of deferred compensation plans, equity plans, and benefit plans.
