Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field of study from an accredited college or university. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience.
  • 6+ years of professional experience in product analysis, dental, or medical billing operations.
  • Proficiency in Epic and Visio software applications.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply process documents.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams at various organizational levels.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strategic, solution-oriented thinking; ability to identify key business needs and deliver innovative, actionable solutions to complex challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and accelerate cash flow by optimizing both manual and automated workflows, reducing errors, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, shortening new hire ramp-up times.
  • Strengthen the company’s financial stability through streamlined workflows, enhanced claims processing, and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure ROC processes are align with the current version of Epic. Stay current with Epic upgrades and collaborate with ROC teams to enhance knowledge transfer, reduce training cost, and improve team productivity.
  • Review training documents and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and AI. Focus on optimizing manual exception handling, reducing manual effort, and enhancing reimbursement predictions to ensure faster, more accurate outcomes.
  • Ensure all ROC processes meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements through rigorous testing and validation. Minimize errors and mitigate risk while enhancing compliance.
  • Provide strategic support to drive PDS Health's growth, by establishing scalable processes, refining policies, and procedures, and maintaining clear documentation with an emphasis on automation and error reduction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to develop a skilled, knowledgeable ROC team. Foster collaboration across departments to identify and address processes gaps, improve operational efficiency, and align teams with company goals, ensuring long-term success. Integrate education across divisions to enhance trust between the field and ROC, improving team success rates and overall performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training materials, process documentation, and curricula to ensure consistent knowledge transfer, accelerate onboarding, and reduce training costs, thereby improving employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and update detailed process documentation to ensure team alignment with current workflows. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, improve reporting, and reduce inefficiencies enhancing operational clarity, reduces inefficiencies, and supports the company’s long-term scalability.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on the successful implementation of process improvements. Provide weekly updates to the Sr. Manager of Billing Operations, outlining accomplishments, challenges, and opportunities for further optimization.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
