About The Position

Specific Responsibilities: Assist with process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives Assist in the management and process flows for data managed by the MDM team Analyze metrics and data quality statistics Assist with team defined KPI’s for data quality, and help publish monthly score cards Follow established data integrity guidelines with direct interaction with our vendors Troubleshoot and update data loads when integrity issues arise Work collaboratively in a team environment Collaborate with peers and other management staff With Senior Manager, assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and additional workflows to maintain accurate data in the MDM system

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a B2B data management/PIM/data governance role
  • Knowledge of Product Info Management, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Governance, and Master Data Management best practices
  • Previous experience with quality control procedures and quality improvement programs
  • Prior experience in Stibo STEP Master Data Management system is required
  • Previous experience working with relationship database in a customer centric environment
  • Proficient in producing and analyzing reports and metrics
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other statistical software
  • Advanced level knowledge of MS-Access required
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Sound analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to assess, develop and implement best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • High degree of self-motivation to learn new methodologies that will enhance job performance
