Your Team at Baxter: The Senior Procurement Analyst oversees procurement activities for Baxter, ensuring selected production materials and services meet competitive standards for cost, quality, and delivery. The role manages planning, scheduling, and inventory control for assigned materials, applying expertise in planning, inventory management, lean methodologies (e.g., Kanban), and ERP systems to support accurate and timely fulfillment of Baxter’s customer orders. This position requires strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills to proactively identify and resolve issues. The analyst also manages assigned commodities to reduce total cost of ownership, optimize inventory levels, and ensure on time delivery. The role is based at our Baxter manufacturing facility in Skaneateles Falls, near Syracuse, NY. Our hybrid work model enables employees to determine with their managers which days they can work remotely.
