The Senior Total Rewards Analyst ("Analyst") supports the Firm's global compensation programs through effective and timely administration of domestic and international compensation programs. The Sr. Analyst assist with project management and coordination of global Total Rewards programs. This position exercises a high level of autonomy and teamwork, interacting with all levels of employees throughout the Firm.
