This position requires in-office presence four days per week, with the option to work remotely one day per week. Relocation assistance is not available, and the selected candidate must be based in Puyallup, WA; Everett, WA; or Tigard, OR. The role involves retrieving, analyzing, and summarizing business, operations, employee, customer, and/or economic data to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness, predict business outcomes, and inform decision-making. The position utilizes GIS to manage, analyze, and visualize geospatial data, providing critical insights for decision-making and project support. The candidate will work cross-functionally to collect data and make actionable recommendations at all levels, inferring trends from various data sources and confidently delivering interpretations to executives.

  • Performs all business intelligence analysis and data exploitation.
  • Extracts signals and signatures from raw data, integrates that information with other data sources, and compiles/disseminates formatted reports to customers.
  • Recommends improvements to competitive business intelligence reports and interpretation of data by sales, business development, product, and executive committees.
  • Designs and edits GIS data for numerous projects, and analyzes spatial data through the use of mapping software.
  • Plans and executes system testing.
  • Leads the analysis and reconciliation of data and reporting projects and initiatives delivery.
  • Develops, maintains, and reports all relevant product, site, and customer metrics and applies findings to develop appropriate goals and projections.
  • Analyzes large, complex data to determine actionable business insights using self-service analytics and reporting tools.
  • Trains others throughout the organization in using key analytical and forecasting tools and statistical analysis.
  • Communicates findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations to Company executives and decision-makers.
  • Experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is required.
  • Experience with ArcGIS, Python, Selenium, SQL strongly preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience, or extensive related professional experience.
  • Base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
