Job Summary Location: Comcast Technology Center (CTC) 1800 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA Hours: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift Job Summary: The Sr. Analyst, eCommerce plays a critical role in optimizing the performance of the eCommerce sales funnel and ensuring the channel meets its revenue targets. This position is responsible for continuously monitoring funnel health, diagnosing friction points, and uncovering opportunities that drive conversion improvement across product portfolios. Leveraging intermediate / advanced expertise in Adobe Analytics, this individual will conduct deep dive performance analysis, develops proactive reporting and alerting, and partners cross functionally to assess the impact of new features, site enhancements, and key launch initiatives. The Sr. Analyst will independently build dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and guide decision-making that strengthens the overall eCommerce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to Advanced experience in Adobe Analytics, reflecting a commitment to developing and maintaining expert-level proficiency.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
  • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience

Responsibilities

  • Establish eCommerce sales funnel health reporting to identify abnormalities and opportunities, requiring ongoing development of analytics skills and funnel strategy knowledge.
  • Manage day‑to‑day analysis of the eCommerce funnel from traffic through conversion, continuously strengthening analytical depth and domain expertise.
  • Proactively develop reports, insights, and optimization recommendations, showing a drive to enhance skillsets and deliver higher-value insights over time.
  • Keep track of current initiatives and feature launches to assess performance impact, reinforcing accountability and customer‑obsessed decision making.
  • Assess the impact of digital changes on the broader eCommerce ecosystem, demonstrating commitment to improving the customer journey.
  • Identify friction points and opportunities for funnel improvement, embodying a culture of empowerment, innovation, and continuous enhancement.
  • Establish sales funnel health reporting to highlight performance gaps and business-critical abnormalities.
  • Create proactive alerts within reporting tools to quickly identify and respond to channel performance issues.
  • Manage comprehensive funnel analysis across all product portfolios, contributing directly to sales, conversion, and revenue performance.
  • Develop reporting and dashboard requirements for measuring success of new feature releases, ensuring stakeholders have accurate, actionable data.
  • Produce ongoing insights and optimization recommendations, supporting both near-term KPI achievement and long-term digital performance growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing to understand feature launches and assess performance impact.
  • Maintain visibility of upcoming initiatives, ensuring alignment and preparedness across teams.
  • Present funnel findings and insights that guide decision-making and influence roadmap prioritization.
  • Support cross-functional adoption of dashboards and reporting, enabling teams to leverage insights for ongoing performance improvement.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
