With the fast-emerging digital environment and our guests expecting more from us every day, this team is focused on innovation across the customer journey in and outside our restaurants, identifying the most meaningful opportunities for our guests, and developing digital product roadmaps to bring them to life. This role will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive digital sales growth for Popeyes through measuring the financial impact of digital initiatives, forecasting Popeyes digital performance at an overall and initiative level, while also identifying new ways to drive value to the Popeyes digital business. This person will also be responsible for measuring and tracking all digital initiatives and creating reporting for the Popeyes Digital Team. In addition, this person will work collaboratively with the product, delivery, ops, and marketing teams to create holistic impact reports, including first party and third-party (i.e., DoorDash and UberEats) digital initiatives, as well as any applicable competitive insight. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or financial/analytics role.
  • Bachelor's degree in related fields such as Finance, Business Administration, and/or Business Analytics.
  • Strong expertise working Excel (I.e., formulas, financial modeling)
  • Proficiency in SQL for data management and analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex data findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with bias for action and commitment to excellence.
  • Values taking ownership and taking educated risks to run a test and learn agenda, occasionally failing, but fast and forwards.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in business intelligence tools such as Tableau for data visualization and reporting, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data: Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns that can help improve digital sales.
  • Use Excel and/or Tableau to create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track and report on key performance indicators.
  • Performance forecasting: maintain and consistently improve the Popeyes forecasting process and mechanisms to showcase how and where digital is driving EBITDA growth.
  • Measure and track promotional/offer performance: conduct performance analyses on promotional offers run each week.
  • Track performance to create benchmarks, frameworks, and recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data management.
  • Identify trends and patterns in data to support marketing strategies.
  • Test-and-Learn Initiative Analysis: Own the financial and performance analysis of test-and-learn initiatives, including new digital offer constructs, pricing strategies, and promotional mechanics, translating results into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to develop holistic reporting and recommendations and ensure they are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Communicating insights: Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization. This can include preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards that convey key metrics and insights.
