Position Overview The Senior Compensation Analyst partners with business leaders, People + Culture, and Finance to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs. This role combines analytical rigor with strong business partnership to deliver market-informed, competitive, and operationally sound compensation solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience in compensation analysis, a consultative mindset, and a strong ability to use data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of compensation experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build models, analyze large datasets, and present insights effectively.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation solutions to improve analysis, workflow efficiency, and compensation-related decision support.
  • Experience with compensation benchmarking and market data interpretation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • CCP or CSCP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders, People + Culture stakeholders, and FP&A to provide guidance on compensation philosophy, practices, and pay decisions.
  • Conduct complex compensation analyses and financial modeling to support recommendations, plan design, and strategic pay decisions.
  • Lead market pricing, benchmarking, and competitive reviews to ensure compensation programs remain aligned to market practices and business needs.
  • Support the design, implementation, communication, and ongoing administration of compensation programs, policies, and processes.
  • Administer compensation plans and payouts, including validation, audits, and reconciliation of results to ensure accuracy and alignment with plan design.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline compensation workflows, enhance offer support, improve analytical efficiency, and strengthen decision-making.
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready materials and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, reporting, governance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Support annual compensation cycles and other key initiatives, including merit planning, market adjustments, incentive administration, and special projects as needed.
