About The Position

The PCIS Business Operations team enables leaders and teams to plan, operate, and deliver effectively by providing integrated strategic execution, service delivery, and resource management support. Acting as trusted partners, we coordinate planning and governance alongside budgets, vendors, workforce planning, and communications—ensuring the organization is aligned, well-resourced, engaged, and positioned to deliver impact. This Sr. Analyst will work closely with the Business Operations lead to help turn priorities into action. The role sits at the center of planning, workforce and budget oversight, and operating rhythms—bringing structure, visibility, and follow-through to critical initiatives across the organization. Business Operations is here to support and enable our teams. Success in this role is rooted in building strong, trusted relationships across stakeholders and being comfortable navigating ambiguity. We’re looking for someone who brings a service mindset, exercises sound judgment, and helps simplify complexity so teams can focus on delivering impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and execute operational processes.
  • Collaborate internally to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.
  • Influence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of business processes.
  • Determine appropriate actions while considering alternative solutions.
  • Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners.
  • Create, analyze, maintain, and report on performance measures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support planning cycles by guiding the development of OKRs and associated project charters, ensuring clarity in scope, ownership, and outcomes.
  • Assist with coordination of our prioritization process, including business case review, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through on key actions.
  • Contribute to quarterly OCISO consultations by synthesizing updates across workforce, budget, resourcing needs, and OKR progress.
  • Manage job requisitions and maintain visibility into open roles and hiring progress.
  • Track headcount against plan and support quarterly contingent workforce forecasting.
  • Assist in development and tracking of incremental resourcing requests and business cases.
  • Oversee expense intake and reporting, maintaining clear visibility into spend versus budget.
  • Coordinate vendor lifecycle activities (new engagements, renewals, deprecations) in partnership with Vendor Management, Sourcing, and Finance.
  • Support quarterly vendor health reviews and annual vendor strategy discussions with leadership.
  • Contribute to high-impact initiatives and special projects as needed.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and simplify how teams work.
