Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in the position or a related occupation.
  • Will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in the position or a related occupation.
  • Must have at least 2 years of prior work experience in the following: SQL or JQL to design and execute complex queries in Jira to extract, analyze, and interpret data—enabling actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Applying program management principles and industry best practices, including stakeholder alignment, risk assessment and mitigation, cross-functional team coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Curating assignments resembling test cases to validate software features and streaming device functionality, enabling feedback collection for improvement.
  • Acquiring and using domain knowledge in Digital TV, set-top boxes (STB), and audio/video devices.
  • Using Jira and Confluence for task management, progress tracking, and team collaboration.
  • Interpreting metrics and user feedback to refine workflows utilizing Tableau, Looker, or comparable business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate, test and manage information technology (IT) projects.
  • Lead multiple concurrent Alpha/Beta programs.
  • Recruit diverse Alpha and Beta users, manage their interaction, and gather feedback through surveys and direct engagement.
  • Organize and analyze user feedback to identify key themes and issues, generating reports to influence product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management teams on testing workflows for new features, conduct internal acceptance testing, and manage device distribution.
  • Facilitate company-wide communications, maintain transparency on progress and risks, and coordinate with external vendors and partners.
  • Develop strategic plans for testing phases, ensure regulatory and security compliance, and mentor junior program managers.
