About The Position

An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Alfresco Developer to join a high-impact team working onsite for a leading enterprise technology organization. This role demands extensive hands-on experience in Alfresco and Alfresco Share development , Java-based integrations , and end-to-end support and enhancement of enterprise content management (ECM) platforms. This is a 100% onsite role local candidates only will be considered.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, with 8+ years specific to Alfresco and Alfresco Share development on medium to large-scale systems.
• Proven experience integrating Alfresco with Java/J2EE-based backend systems.
• Strong development experience with Spring , REST APIs , and Web Servicess
• Must have hands-on experience with AWS and its integration with Alfresco.
• Proficient in Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience working with Apache Tomcat , Spring Boot , and SOLR .
• Deep understanding of ECM system implementations .
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project execution practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance solutions using the Alfresco platform , including Alfresco Share , with a deep understanding of its object model, taxonomy, search functionality, UI, workflow, and security model.
• Build scalable enterprise solutions for document management , collaboration , business process automation , and records management .
• Develop and integrate custom components using Java, Spring, REST APIs , and Web Services .
• Deliver Alfresco-based prototypes and proof of concepts based on client requirements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide strong technical support across Alfresco-based applications.
• Participate in full lifecycle project development, testing, and implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables in an Agile development environment .
