You will report directly to our Director of AI and you’ll work out of our
Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and maintaining enterprise‑wide AI architecture across classic ML, GenAI, and agentic AI systems.
• Drive the strategic direction for agentic AI architecture, including multi‑agent frameworks, tool‑use orchestration, reasoning pipelines, memory systems, and governance models for autonomous and semi-autonomous AI capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including Data Science, MLOps, Cloud Engineering, Security, and Business Units—to define and execute high‑level AI architecture strategies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Shape the planning and implementation of AI platforms and solutions that ensure scalability, reliability, security, safety, and responsible AI compliance across all AI modalities.
• Establish architectural standards, reference architectures, and best practices for classic ML platforms, LLM/GenAI systems, and agentic AI ecosystems.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, vector databases, orchestration layers, and agent frameworks to guide innovation and long‑term platform evolution.
• Provide architectural oversight for AI solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise cloud architecture (AWS preferred), data strategy, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize AI initiatives, influence technology roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration of AI systems into core business processes.
