About The Position

Cognizant is looking for an AEP Consultant to join our team - As a Lead Developer you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions within our Provider domain. You will leverage your expertise in Developer and Integration Services along with Developer Portal to drive innovation and efficiency. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts ensuring a balanced work-life experience. Location: Louisville, KY Or Remote. Candidate must be in the U.S Experience: 9+ Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $95,000/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Requirements

Deep hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform components (RTCDP, AJO, Experience Edge, Schemas, XDM, Sources/Destinations).
Proficiency in solution architecture, API design, data modeling, ETL pipelines, and identity stitching.
Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes
Solid understanding of how websites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty, and business metrics
Ability to build customer journeys using Customer Journey Optimizer
In depth understanding of integrated architecture of experience cloud offerings from Adobe
Excellent client management skills, strong written and verbal communications, executive level presence
Experience of working in on-off model, in multi-vendor environment, team acceptability as per own behavior
Strong understanding of at least one marketing automation platforms like Adobe Campaign, Unica, Cheetah etc.

Responsibilities

Serve as subject matter expert for Adobe Experience Cloud
Lead the end-to-end technical migration from legacy marketing automation tools to to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
Design data ingestion, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and real-time activation architectures on AEP.
Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AEP/AJO solutions.
Provide governance, best practices, and technical oversight during implementation, testing, and cutover phases.
Understand various integration patterns between Adobe experience cloud tools and provide solution to the requirements.
Develop good working relationship with client and Cognizant stakeholders.
Continuously improve the Solution Architecture, team's knowledge, methodologies and customer-facing collateral
