About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in AEM support system engineering frontend backend and authoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Provider domain and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to enhancing our digital platforms ensuring seamless user experiences and supporting our mission to innovate in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

Possess a strong understanding of AEM architecture and components.
Demonstrate expertise in AEM frontend and backend development.
Have experience in AEM authoring and content management.
Show proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting AEM systems.
Exhibit knowledge of the Provider domain and its specific requirements.
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain AEM components and templates to enhance digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AEM solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues.
Optimize AEM performance to ensure efficient content delivery.
Implement best practices for AEM development and deployment.
Oversee the migration of content and assets within the AEM environment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Provider domain.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards in AEM projects.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Develop custom AEM workflows to automate content management processes.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to team members on AEM functionalities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of AEM processes and methodologies.
