About The Position

We are seeking a motivated AEM Developer with 3–7 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development skills complemented by a solid foundation in Java or .NET, along with front-end technologies like HTML and CSS. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful digital experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in Java or .NET for backend development.
• Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, and familiarity with responsive design practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI-driven tools or AI-enhanced development workflows.
• Exposure to AWS or AEM Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Build and customize components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Support and optimize AEM environments for performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the content management ecosystem.
