Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or related STEM field
  • DoD Secret clearance (preferred at time of hire)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Systems Engineering lifecycle (SELC) execution
  • Requirements management, flow-down, and traceability
  • System architecture and integration
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary engineering teams on complex programs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting cutting-edge or high-complexity defense programs
  • Proficiency with SysML/UML modeling tools (e.g., MagicDraw)
  • Experience with DOORS (requirements management)
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, Jira, and Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in requirements-to-design/test alignment

Responsibilities

  • Perform requirements analysis, decomposition, and management, including flow-down and traceability
  • Conduct functional and performance analysis to support system design decisions
  • Develop and maintain system architecture and design for complex electronic systems
  • Lead systems integration efforts across multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Translate system-level requirements into design and test-level specifications
  • Apply systems engineering principles, methodologies, and metrics across the lifecycle
  • Support failure investigations and root cause analysis
  • Develop and present technical strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders
