Requirements

U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or STEM field OR Master’s degree plus 6 years of related experience
5+ years of recent experience designing and developing complex algorithm-based systems

Responsibilities

Development of digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms implemented in hardware and/or software for space-based systems
Application of advanced DSP techniques, including:
Detection & Estimation Theory
Random Processes Analysis
Communications & Information Theory
Statistical analysis of signal parameter measurements
Experience with radar signal processing and RF signal conditioning/mitigation
Familiarity with phased array systems and beamforming techniques
Use of MATLAB (DSP toolboxes) for modeling, simulation, and algorithm development
Experience with Monte Carlo analysis for system performance evaluation
