As a Sr Advanced Systems Engr within the Propulsion and APU Product Definition group in the Engines and Power Systems (E&PS) organization, you will engage in Fan, Shaft, APU and other advanced technology concept studies along with competitive and roadmap assessments. System engineering is needed to develop and optimize conceptual propulsion and APU system studies that are part of IPDS Phase 0-2A (early phase product development). Turbofan activity is currently focused on IPDS Phase 2 (early phase development) of the HTF-NG (Honeywell Turbofan-Next Generation) concept with APU activity focused on both wide and narrow body applications along with small APU growth as well as roadmap assessments. Efforts will include support of proposals to win customer selection. You will support and report out to key stakeholders within the Engines and Power Systems organization, including Business, Project, Technical, and the Advanced Technology organizations.
