About The Position

As a NPI Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and providing technical expertise in advanced manufacturing engineering. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of new products and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. This position is based in Mason, Ohio. You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Mason location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, operations, and quality, to drive innovation and optimize manufacturing processes. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering, with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including process development, equipment selection, and optimization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • 20% travel, including international.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring successful product launches and adherence to project timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise in advanced manufacturing engineering, including process development, equipment selection, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, reducing cycle times and improving product quality.
  • Develop and implement best practices for advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Mentor and develop a team of advanced manufacturing engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
