About The Position

As a Sr. Advanced Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a key
contributor to the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions.
You will play a critical role in leading and driving the hardware design
process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable products that meet
the evolving needs of our customers.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager
and you’ll work out of our Minneapolis, MN location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the advancement of Honeywell’s hardware systems by
designing complex hardware architectures, performing rigorous testing and
validation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware
components seamlessly. Your expertise will help enhance product performance and
reliability, supporting Honeywell’s commitment to innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications that meet customer needs.
• Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout, followed by thorough testing and validation.
