About The Position

We’re searching for a Senior Adoption Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving adoption of our financial management products among our insurance agencies for Applied Pay.

Requirements

3 + years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS implementationor customer success
Strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience navigating ambiguity and adding structure to complex problems
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Applied Pay products by proactively engaging with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful implementation and utilization.
Meet with clients to identify challenges, offer solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the value of Applied Pay products.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product and engineering, to share client feedback and insights that inform product enhancements and drive adoption
