You will support a variety of administrative activities, special projects, and meeting coordination while adapting to changing priorities with sound judgment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma is required; an Associate’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience is required.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information, navigate fast‑paced environments, and support multicultural and international teams.
  • Fully onsite role based in Horsham, PA
  • Up to 10% of travel is required.
  • This position is overtime eligible.

  • Preferred training or certifications in administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide established administrative support as an individual contributor, performing primarily routine tasks with occasional variation from standard practice.
  • Support internal teams within the Administration & Secretarial function.
  • Follow defined administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, discretion, and independent judgment in all interactions.
  • Perform administrative duties that enable executives to effectively lead the organization.
  • Draft and edit communications for employees, management, external contacts, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Record and organize data, presentations, and documentation in various formats.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules, including venues, materials, and technology support.
