About The Position

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The Senior Administrative Assistant – HR provides high-level, proactive administrative and operational support to six senior HR leaders across multiple HR functions. This role ensures seamless coordination across the People Team and enhances the efficiency, alignment, and execution of HR strategies spanning Total Rewards, Talent Development, Field & Support Center HR, HR Strategy & Enablement, and Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience supporting multiple senior leaders.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field
  • HR expertise is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Executive-Level Calendar & Workflow Management Manage complex, rapidly shifting calendars for six HR executives. Anticipate scheduling needs tied to HR cycles. Coordinate cross-functional meetings with enterprise partners.
  • Communication, Presentation & Document Support Prepare executive-level materials. Handle confidential materials. Maintain documentation repositories.
  • HR Project Support & Independent Execution Provide flexible support for HR projects. Document deliverables and manage inputs. Work independently with minimal direction. Track timelines and milestones across initiatives. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Event, Engagement & Culture Support Plan and execute HR-led events. Manage logistics and communication. Partner across HR to support engagement initiatives.
