About The Position

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle for new and existing accounts, focusing on high-value opportunities and strategic customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning account strategies, engage C-level executives, and deliver measurable business impact. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SaaS sales, with experience selling multi-year contracts to C-suite executives; 3+ years with an advanced degree may be acceptable.
  • Proven track record of pipeline management, business development, and closing high-value deals.
  • Expertise in strategic selling methodologies, including Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, and Value Selling.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and drive results in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Flexibility to work on-site if located near regional offices, with occasional travel as required (up to 40% depending on role).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Source, develop, and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities to ensure steady business growth.
  • Engage strategically with C-level executives and senior decision-makers, aligning solutions with business priorities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Apply advanced sales methodologies (Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, Value Selling) to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Collaborate with solution engineers, business development reps, and customer success managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and reporting to provide full visibility into sales performance.
