About The Position

This role is a Senior Account Manager at Reserv and is scoped for a particular key customer, who is a leading entity in the commercial ride share industry. You will play a critical role in managing and strengthening this customer relationship, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term growth. You will be the main point of contact for this customer, serving as their ongoing support and acting as their trusted advisor and advocate. Your deep understanding of our technology-driven insurance solutions will help you provide strategic insights and recommendations, aligning our services with the customer’s business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an account management or customer success role in the insurance industry
  • Experience working with complex projects and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong and productive relationship with this a key dedicated customer
  • Identify opportunities to scale the range of products and services provided to this customer
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic insights to help them achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Operations and Technology to ensure the successful delivery of customer objectives and expectations
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide clients with performance reports
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, sharing insights with internal and external customers
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
