About The Position

MAIN OBJECTIVE To maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts (strategic clients) in the long term. KEY FUNCTIONS Develop customized strategies for key clients. Build and maintain high-level, trusting relationships. Negotiate complex commercial agreements. Analyze account data to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer service) to address client needs. ESSENTIAL SKILLS Communication and Negotiation: Strong ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively. Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and plan. Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving KPIs and sales targets. Empathy and Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, trusting relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience in the field and with a consultative sales model
  • Experience selling technology (HW, SW)

  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization
  • Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead changes in a premiere Sales Organization
