This Senior Account Manager- Wealth Management role is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The position involves coordinating account administration for complex client relationships across fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts. It requires developing and maintaining knowledge of governing documents, handling client service requests, resolving issues, overseeing client servicing events, and engaging the Client Support Services Team. The role also includes assisting various advisors with account acceptance, discretionary requests, compliance, annual reviews, and ensuring accurate documentation and system information. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager will develop knowledge of business applications, assist with business development and client presentations, and identify service efficiency enhancements. The role also involves serving as a subject-matter expert and mentor to junior-level employees, and may include managing daily operational activities and supervising junior staff, though it is not a formal management role.
