The Sr. Account Manager position at ODP Business Solutions is responsible for increasing account penetration, servicing existing revenue, and bringing in new business within the hospitality sector. The position requires traveling within the assigned territory to make sales, solicit orders for contracts, and actively hunt for new hospitality customers. The role involves collaborating with specialists, where necessary, to achieve greater category penetration within hospitality accounts. The associate will ensure customer satisfaction by responding to service needs and initiating sales support as required. Responsibilities also include executing pricing strategies based on appropriate profitability derived from customer profiles and maintaining customer information and data integrity in the ODP Business Solutions CRM. Thought leadership in developing selling strategies, training coworkers, and implementing sales initiatives are essential to the role. This position requires regular travel within the assigned territory, away from the regular place of business to meet with hospitality customers and make sales. Candidates MUST be located in the Glendale/Los Angeles, CA area and will travel within the territory.
