We are looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with Higher Education partners. This role blends strategic account support with clear revenue accountability , making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers succeed and understands the responsibility of carrying a number. Account Managers at Niche are trusted partners to their institutions. You will be responsible for Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net New (expansion) within your assigned book of business, ensuring customers realize value from Niche while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand the partnership. You will manage a book of accounts spanning a mix of mid-market and strategic institutions, and you will travel regularly to engage partners in person. This role requires some travel, including campus visits, client dinners, and attendance at industry conferences.
