As our Sr. National Account Manager, Grocery on the Nutrabolt Beverage team, you will be accountable to manage specific accounts for our beverage line up across large regional accounts primarily but not exclusively HEB. This position will report to the Director of Grocery. Candidates can be located in San Antonio, Austin, Dallas or surrounding metropolitan areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter buyers at HEB
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry.
  • High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge.
  • Experience in building a strategic annual operation plan (AOP) with HEB.
  • Thrive in a team-selling environment.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of MULO measured channels a plus.
  • Broker management experience

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with assigned National Accounts, specifically HEB along with other retailers based in the central US.
  • Drive volume, revenue and share within assigned National Accounts.
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer.
  • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, commercial strategy, commercial operations, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business.
  • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all assigned accounts.
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account.
  • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming by channel and customer.
  • Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level)
