The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the strategic management, retention, and growth of a portfolio of employee benefits clients. This role serves as a senior-level consultant and primary client relationship lead, partnering closely with Producers, Account Managers, Assistant Account Managers and internal specialists to deliver high-quality service, compliance guidance, and innovative benefit solutions. The Senior Account Executive plays a critical role in client strategy, renewal planning, vendor negotiations, and mentoring junior team members, while ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.
