At Encore Fire Protection, we are proud to be the East Coast's largest full-service fire protection company, serving over 90,000 customers from Maine to Louisiana. With a team of over 2,200 dedicated employees, we provide innovative, customized fire suppression, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm solutions that protect lives and properties every day. Our goal is to deliver a superior experience to those who trust us to safeguard what matters most. We are passionate about continuous growth, innovation, and maintaining a culture that thrives on success and commitment to safety. Our mission? To be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen. We are looking for a Sprinkler Sales Executive to handle the estimates, proposals, and negotiations for sprinkler installation projects as well as large repair service work covering the state of Connecticut. Experience in the fire protection industry is highly preferred, but we are open to considering candidates with less experience if they demonstrate strong qualifications. This person must be a proven team player that can equally work on his/her own. They have the confidence in details and small intricacies but the ability to also see the bigger picture. They are extremely organized and have notable time management skills to make them thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. This is not your typical sales role. And you will be expected to spend time in the office working with internal resources to accurately develop proposals and communicate with customers (on the phone and over email), but the similarities end there. Here's what you can expect: Conduct thorough site visits as required to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and objectives. Skillfully prepare detailed and accurate bids for fire protection projects, considering all relevant factors such as labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor costs, and overhead expenses. Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to accurately estimate costs associated with fire protection system installations, upgrades, and modifications. Maintain organized documentation of bid documents, correspondence, and pricing information in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Cultivate an in-depth understanding of the territory and market dynamics, enabling informed decision-making and strategic selling approaches. Foster synergy and collaboration by actively engaging with internal project management, field construction teams, design professionals, and fellow sales team members to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with customers and general contractors to create additional job opportunities.
