About The Position

The Spring-Up Technician helps build the backbone of our furniture. In this hands-on role, you’ll install springs and webbing on furniture frames to make sure every piece is strong, comfortable, and built right before it moves to upholstery. You’ll work closely with frame builders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality, teamwork, and getting the job done right matter. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three or more years’ experience in furniture spring-up or frame assembly required.
Basic understanding of furniture frame construction and support systems
Ability to use basic hand and pneumatic tools
Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

Installs springs, webbing, and related support materials onto furniture frames according to specifications and production standards.
Assists with building and preparing furniture frames for upholstery.
Stretches, secures, and aligns webbing to ensure proper support and durability.
Uses hand tools, pneumatic tools, and staple guns safely and effectively.
Inspects frames, springs, and webbing for quality, alignment, and workmanship.
Makes adjustments or repairs to ensure frames meet quality expectations.
Follows production schedules to meet daily output goals.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Complies with all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
Works collaboratively with team members to support overall production flow.
