Our Spring/Summer 2026 Engineering Co-Op program offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry experts, gain real-world skills, and contribute to innovative projects in Power and Actuation Systems Business Unit at Marotta Controls. Join Marotta Controls’ Engineering internship/Co-Op Program and take your classroom knowledge into the real world of aerospace and defense. As a Mechanical Engineering Co-Op, you’ll gain hands-on experience in design, production, quality, or test/development engineering while working alongside industry experts. You’ll apply mechanical and aerospace engineering principles to real projects, receive mentorship, and present your work to senior leadership at the end of your rotation. Along the way, you’ll also network with other interns and employees through professional development and engagement events. Internships are available with a variety of teams across our MotorFox Divison in design, production, quality, or test/development engineering.
