About The Position

The process technology transfer team in Single use facility (SUF) provides process and technical engineering support to manufacturing operation in SUF. As the BMS pipeline grows, there is a need to identify ways to improve and standardize technology transfer and manufacturing support process to bring processes from development to manufacturing and sustain successful manufacturing. The co-op will work with the tech transfer team and other supporting teams such as quality, supply chain, manufacturing operations, operational excellence etc. on technical and business process improvement projects. The full-time co-op will take place January - June 2026.

Requirements

  • Degree in Science or Engineering Bachelor of Science, Masters, or Doctorate program
  • Interest and passion for BioPharma and biotechnology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in highly collaborative environment, ability to work in a team
  • Strong analytical skills as demonstrated through previous experiences which may include: laboratory experience, project design course(s), research projects, knowledge of programming/scientific software, and/or previous co-ops/internships
  • Candidates who are seeking to learn more about the process development lab space, manufacturing environment, or manufacturing support roles
