The Process Optimization Co-op will provide project and administrative support to the Customer Service & EPMO team. Areas of exposure will include all functional areas of the company such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Business Development as well as Lean Management principles. Day-to-day activities include project management, process discussions with various teams and the creation of process maps, as well as working on bigger projects aligned with achieving our department goals.
