About The Position

The College of Education seeks to establish a pool of qualified applicants for future, part-time Adjunct Faculty appointments in School Counseling Graduate Level. Successful applicants may teach up to seven (7) semester credit hours online within the required discipline at as dictated by student demand, hold virtual office hours, and assist students as needed. Education and Experience: An earned doctorate in School Counseling. Three years of EC-12 teaching.

• An earned doctorate in School Counseling.
• Three years of EC-12 teaching.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with the general public.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work under stress and with pressing timelines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

• Previous teaching experience at the collegiate level.
• Experience with online course delivery.
