About The Position

Baker Tilly is currently seeking IT SOC Compliance Associates. IT SOC Compliance Associates perform SOC 1, SOC 2 and SOC 3 examinations, as well as consulting services for SOC examinations. You will gain knowledge about execution of SOC examinations and testing of internal controls, including concepts of cloud computing and Information Technology (IT) controls. In addition to the CPA, these team members may be asked to work toward the CISA, CISSP or CCAK.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire; Baker Tilly will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT)
• Must have a bachelor’s degree, with a preference for accounting majors
• Ability to commute as needed throughout the region; to include Baker Tilly's offices
• Ability to travel to client locations, including overnight stays, with travel expectations varying by department and office location
• Seasonal flexibility to work overtime or additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
• Must have a current, accepted offer with Baker Tilly (formerly Moss Adams)

Nice To Haves

• Major in Accounting or coursework in technology-related fields highly desirable
• If an accounting major, meeting educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire, preferred
• Reside within a commutable distance to a Baker Tilly office and be willing to work on-site on a regular basis
