About The Position

To apply protective coating to manufactured products using spray in a controlled environment. Responsible for surface preparation, mixing coatings, maintaining equipment, ensuring consistent quality finishes and adhering to strict OSHA safety and ventilation protocols.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Good organizational skills, completes work in a timely manner
• Mechanically inclined; ability to work with basic hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th of an inch
• Ability to stand for long periods and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of working independently and as a member of a team
• Basic mechanical and technical skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently according to instructions
• Monitoring production to ensure quality and consistency
• Load and unload materials onto the production line
• Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations
• Maintain accurate production and quality control records
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
