About The Position

Spot Weld Operator Falcon Manufacturing is a custom fabrication facility for sheet metal, tubing, and wire components. Falcon provides economical manufacturing to large volume clients through our highly trained staff, advanced manufacturing technology, on-time delivery, and competitive pricing. Falcon is looking to add a Spot Weld Operator to our Team. Responsibilities: Operate and maintain equipment. Ability to work independently. Ability to run repetitive production parts. Reports to Department Manager. May perform other related duties or work at a different workstation as production needs require.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing
  • Minimum 1 year experience in spot welding
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
  • Ability to read blueprints and measure parts.
  • Ability to meet productivity standards, completing work in timely manner
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs. and more
  • Dependable
  • Detail oriented
  • Energetic and eager to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in metal shop production
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
