About The Position

Clow is hiring Spot Welders / Assemblers to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll use spot-welding and assembly machines to attach hardware and components to metal stamped parts, ensuring precise alignment, strong welds, and high-quality production. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with machinery, producing high-quality parts, and being an important part of a production team. We are currently hiring multiple team members across several shifts. Available Shifts Shift 15 (Day Shift): Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:00 PM Shift 16 (Afternoon Shift): Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (+$1.25/hour shift differential) Shift 21 (Weekend Shift): Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM (+$3.50/hour shift differential) Starting at $19.25 per hour base rate, with potential to earn up to $20.25 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read work orders and production specifications
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to lift, handle, and move materials as required
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Occasional lifting up to 65lbs
Bend, reach, and handle parts throughout the shift
Frequent handling of parts and machine components
Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes

Nice To Haves

Previous welding, assembly, or machine operator experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate spot-welding and assembly machines to attach hardware and components according to production specifications
Set up and configure welding and assembly jobs with guidance as needed
Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and replace worn electrodes or tips
Inspect parts for quality, alignment, and adherence to specifications
Record production and welding activity in the ERP system
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
