About The Position
This position is responsible for issuing and cashing customer wager tickets in addition to delivering excellent guest service.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Superior guest service skills required
- Solid understanding of the sports book guest's motivations and expectations
- Familiar with Microsoft products
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Previous sportsbook ticket writer experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
