About The Position
Guayakí is looking for a strategic and visionary Sports Marketing Manager to spearhead and execute the brand's sports strategy! The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for all things sport, exceptional marketing skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with sports connectivity at the core. This role will be responsible for managing all marketing initiatives related to sports partnerships, events, teams, and athletes - all while driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative strategies. This person will have deep relationships in all aspects of sports including teams, leagues, agents, athletes and agencies. This role will work closely with the community, communications, partnership, events and creative team(s) to meet overall partnership goals, deliverables and benchmarks. Essential to the position is the ability to relationship build and insert the brand into the evolving sports narrative. We are looking for a strong sports expert who values Guayakí's culture and has a passion for building. This a hybrid position, and this person will be expected to be in our Venice Beach office at least 2 times a week.
