About The Position

The Rotational Program provides recent college graduates with an opportunity to contribute to the organization’s success through a series of varied work assignments. This position is part of the Kraft Sports & Entertainment Sports Management Associate Program, during which the Sports Management Associate will support 2 different areas: Team Ops Security and Stadium Operations over a 12-month period. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated, organized and interested in high performance and learning about the inner workings of the professional sports industry. Continued employment beyond the scheduled end date is not guaranteed.

Requirements

  • Recent graduate (last 2 years) of university, community college, or graduate school
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible in adapting to change
  • Reliable and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Service and team oriented with a positive attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

Responsibilities

  • Team Ops Security : Support event operations by serving as on-site leadership during assigned events; actively engaging staff, answering questions, and making real-time operational decisions; assisting with weekly TeamOps New Hire Training; coordinating stadium exception letters and collaborating with security leadership to ensure smooth guest entry; conducting staff outreach and scheduling personnel for event communications; preparing event materials including access control identifiers and support documents; participating in meetings and walkthroughs; analyzing post-event supervisor feedback to identify operational improvements and trends for leadership; maintaining strict compliance with confidentiality and privacy standards; and executing special projects and assignments as needed
  • Stadium Operations: Provide operational support for all stadium events, including New England Patriots and New England Revolution games, concerts, and other major ticketed events. Responsibilities include planning and executing event logistics, assisting with gameday and event setups, supporting banquet operations through trend forecasting and planning, and delivering timely customer service responses. Collaborate closely with internal departments while interfacing external clients, promoters, and partners to ensure seamless event execution. Analyze and evaluate departmental Standard Operating Procedures to support continuous operational improvement.
  • Special Projects and assignments as business dictates.
