Sports Coordinator
About The Position
The Robertson County YMCA is Now Hiring for a Sports Coordinator Position Type: Part-time Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience) Are you ready to lead the huddle and make a real impact? We’re looking for an energetic, team-focused Sports Coordinator to help us plan, lead, and level up our youth sports programs! If you love working with kids, building strong teams, and creating safe, positive experiences—this is your moment. You’ll partner with the Program Director to plan practices, coordinate schedules, support staff and volunteers, and ensure every participant grows in skill and confidence. You’ll help maintain a safe environment, communicate with parents, assist with administrative tasks, and jump in to support special events and promotions .
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: 2–3 years of program experience
- New Hire Orientation (before first shift)
- CPR Pro/AED/First Aid within 30 days
