Requirements
- Experience in a food serving environment is encouraged

Responsibilities
- Ensure quality service standards are followed and cost controls are adhered to
- Set up serving stations according to checklist
- Answer questions regarding food preparation and make menu suggestions
- Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding customer service
- Assure all tables are clean and properly set
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards
- Uphold alcohol service regulations
