Efficiently operate all stations in the Sports Bar/ADR kitchen. Follow directions from the Sports Bar/ADR Lead Cook Follow standardized recipes for the Sports Bar/ADR. Maintain the flexibility to work any station and shift as required. Ensure the kitchen area is always clean, sanitary and up to health code standards. Adhere to all food safety regulations. Keep all food storage areas clean, organized, labeled and dated. Ensure all equipment, tools, floors, workstations and food prep areas are clean and organized. Work according to Sports Bar/ADR procedures. Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen staff, chefs and other team members, maintaining a positive and professional work environment. Understand and complete all assigned tasks. Contribute to team efforts. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
