About The Position

We are seeking personable, attentive, and professions Premium Attendants to join our high-level service team on the 6100-6300 levels. Attendants play a vital front-line role, interacting directly with clients, taking orders, assisting with buffet upkeep, and ensuring every detail meets the standards of a luxury hospitality experience. Each side will have a team of two premium attendants who are kety to creating a polished, welcoming, and responsive enviornment for our suite and club guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Detail oriented, reliable, and committed to providing elevated service.
• Ability to stand and move through the event for extended periods.
• Required to work all Jazz Games: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in accordance with the arena's event schedule.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and move around premium levels for extended pariods.
• occasional lifting or carrying of materials or equipment up to 25lbs.
• Must obtain valid Utah Food handlers Permit
• If 21 years of age or older, must obtain Valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol Certificate

Responsibilities

• Greet and egage with premium guests in a friendly, professional, and service-focused manner.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely communication and fulfillment.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and presentation throughout the event.
• Support suite and club upkeep, wiping surfaces, tidying service areas, and restocking supplies as needed. s
• Collaborate closely with runners, shift leads, and supervisors to respond to client needs and maitain seamless service flow.
• Stay informed of menu details and event specefic offerings to answer guest questions confidently.
• Maintain polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
